Critical path mapping

Before any screen is designed, we map the critical path — the shortest journey from signup to value. This is the backbone of the MVP. Every design decision flows from this sequence. If a screen is not on the critical path, it is not in the MVP.

User flow architecture

The sequence of screens, the transitions between them, the decision points, the error states. We design the flow before we design the interface — getting the structure right prevents expensive rework during development.

Interface design

Clean, functional, purposeful. Not pixel-perfect art direction — functional design that communicates clearly, reduces cognitive load, and guides users through the product without friction. Built as components that scale.

Onboarding design

The first 3 minutes of your product determine whether users come back. We design the onboarding to get users to their first meaningful success as fast as possible — minimum steps, maximum clarity.

Commercial flow design

Is product design included in the MVP price?

Yes. Product design is part of every MVP engagement — weeks 1–2 of the 8-week build. It is not a separate cost or an optional add-on.

Do you design before you code?

Yes. Weeks 1–2 are dedicated to product design. Development begins in week 3 with a clear direction. This avoids rework and keeps the timeline on track.

How is MVP product design different from UX design?

MVP product design is broader — it includes the commercial model, the data architecture, and the validation strategy alongside the user experience. It is product thinking, not just interface design.

Can you redesign an existing MVP?

Yes. If your MVP works technically but the experience is hurting adoption or retention, we can redesign the flows and interface while keeping the existing codebase.

Do you produce design files?

We produce what is needed to build. Flow maps, key screen designs, component specifications. Not a 200-page design document — a practical, buildable design direction.
