Most content underperforms because it was never given a job
A lot of businesses produce content because they know they probably should. So they publish articles, landing pages, insights, guides, and updates without deciding what each piece is meant to support.
That creates volume without authority. The topics drift. The internal links are weak. The commercial pages do not benefit enough. Publishing continues, but the site does not become more useful, more discoverable, or more trusted in a meaningful way.
