MVP Development Pricing

Fixed price. Fixed timeline.
No surprises.

Two MVP tiers, 16,000 and 30,000 GBP, both delivered in eight weeks, both with complete code ownership. No hourly billing, no estimates that balloon, no retainer creep. You know the price before we start.

What every build includes

What your money
actually buys.

Production code you own

A complete Git repository handed over on delivery. Every line written for your product. No templates, no no-code builders, no licensing, no lock-in. Take it anywhere.

Authentication and security

Registration, login, session management, password recovery, and role-based access control, implemented properly from day one rather than bolted on later.

Database and infrastructure

PostgreSQL, deployed on Vercel with CI/CD pipelines, SSL, edge caching, and zero-downtime deploys. Live and production-ready, not a dev server.

Payments where the product needs them

Stripe for subscriptions, one-off payments, invoicing, and webhooks. The commercial model built into the software, not handled separately later.

Senior-led delivery

The work is led hands-on by senior people, not handed down to juniors or filtered through an account-manager layer. The person scoping the build is accountable for it.

What moves the price

Why a build is
16k or 30k.

One product vs a system

A single web or mobile app sits at the 16,000 tier. Multiple user types, an admin panel, and a marketing site move it toward 30,000.

Integrations

Each third-party integration, such as maps, vision or AI APIs, or external data, adds scope. Usage-based API costs are passed through at cost, never marked up.

Mobile as well as web

A web app is the baseline. Native mobile in React Native and Expo, or both platforms at once, adds build and review-cycle time.

Workflow complexity

Simple CRUD is fast. Real-time features, multi-step approval flows, or marketplace logic add genuine engineering depth.

Admin and back office

A back office to manage users, content, and orders is the most common single reason a 16,000 scope becomes 30,000.

MVP Build

16,000 GBP

One core product, a web app or a mobile app. Authentication, database, deployment, payments where needed, and the core feature set that proves the idea. Delivered in 8 weeks. Code fully yours.

Extensive MVP Build

30,000 GBP

A more complete system: multiple user types, an admin panel, third-party integrations, more involved workflows, and a marketing site. For products launching closer to fully formed. 8 to 10 weeks.

Common questions

Before you get in touch.

How much does an MVP cost?

Two fixed tiers: 16,000 GBP for a single core product, and 30,000 GBP for a more complete system with admin, integrations, and multiple user types. Both delivered in eight weeks with full code ownership. No hourly billing.

Why fixed price instead of hourly or an estimate?

Hourly billing rewards slowness and pushes the risk onto you. A fixed price puts the risk on us: we scope it properly up front, and if it takes longer, that is our problem, not your invoice. You know the total before anything is built.

How does payment work?

Staged. Typically 40 to 50 percent on commencement, the balance split across delivery milestones. For pre-revenue founders we keep the upfront portion workable so cash is not tied up before there is something live.

What is not included in the price?

Usage-based third-party costs, such as hosting beyond the included tier, AI or vision API calls, SMS, and premium map tiles, are passed through at cost. Everything else, design, code, deployment, and handover, is in the fixed price.

What if I am not sure of the scope yet?

We can run a short paid discovery sprint first, a fixed low-cost engagement to pin down scope, flows, and the build plan before you commit to a full MVP. It de-risks the larger number, and the cost folds into the build if you proceed.

Do I own everything?

Yes. One hundred percent of the code, design, and IP, handed over as a complete repository on delivery. No licensing, no lock-in, no ongoing fee to keep it running.

Can I scale after the MVP?

Yes. The stack, Next.js, React, TypeScript and PostgreSQL, with React Native for mobile, is production-grade and built to grow. Most clients keep building after launch, with us or their own team.

Is 16,000 GBP really the floor?

For a genuine MVP, yes. We can reduce scope to fit a tighter budget, fewer features, one platform, deferred admin, but we do not discount the same work. A lower price means a smaller build, transparently agreed.

Know the number before you commit.
