Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using jottt, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. jottt is operated by Wall & Fifth Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
The service
jottt is a daily task management app that allows you to set three priorities each day, track completion streaks, review your week, and plan ahead. The app is available on iOS and may be expanded to other platforms in the future.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
Accounts
To use jottt, you must create an account using your email address or by signing in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen within the app. Deleting your account will permanently remove all associated data, including tasks, streaks, and history. This action cannot be undone.
Subscriptions
jottt offers a free tier and a paid subscription (“jottt Pro”). jottt Pro is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription.
- Monthly: £2.99 per month.
- Annual: £19.99 per year (approximately £1.67 per month).
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Prices may change from time to time. If a price increase takes effect, you will be notified and given the opportunity to accept or cancel before being charged at the new rate.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use jottt for any unlawful purpose;
- attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app;
- interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure;
- create multiple accounts to abuse free features or circumvent limits;
- use automated tools to access or interact with the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual property
All content, design, code, and branding associated with jottt are owned by Wall & Fifth Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the app without prior written consent.
Any tasks, reflections, or other content you create within jottt remain yours. We do not claim ownership of your content. However, by using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content as necessary to operate the app.
Disclaimers
jottt is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
jottt is a productivity tool and does not provide professional, medical, or therapeutic advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wall & Fifth Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of jottt. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Termination
You may stop using jottt at any time by deleting your account through the Settings screen. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you breach these terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of jottt after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
