SellYourBoat.io is a white label yacht listing platform with a public marketplace layered on top. Two products share one codebase: a B2B system that lets a brokerage run its entire listing workflow under its own brand and domain, and a B2C marketplace that aggregates every tenant's published inventory automatically.
It is positioned as infrastructure rather than features. One system replaces three for a broker: the listing tool, the admin, and the syndication. Built and owned by Wall & Fifth.

It began as a branded listing intake for a single brokerage. A second broker asked for the same thing. Then a network of regional brands did. That is the point where a bespoke project has to become a product or die as a maintenance burden.
We led the transition from custom build to multi-tenant platform, owning product direction, architecture, design and front end delivery.
Seller intake is an eight step wizard rather than a form, with no account required and full mobile support. Category, specification, features, location and pricing, photo upload, description, seller details, then review.
The structure captures the minimum data needed for a publishable listing while leaving the seller confident they have produced something professional rather than filled in paperwork.
Every submission lands in a broker queue filtered by state: pending, published, rejected. Full preview before anything goes live, one click publish, re-push on update, and email notification on new submissions.
Listing quality is enforced at the review step without slowing the pipeline down.
One codebase, unlimited brands. A master dashboard provisions each tenant with isolated data plus its own logo, colours, domain, publishing connection and email settings. Brand colours are stored per tenant as CSS custom properties, so the same code renders entirely distinct experiences.
Updates ship to every tenant at once and tenants never bleed into each other. That isolation is what makes the economics work.
Every broker that onboards adds published inventory to the public marketplace automatically, with no separate upload. Each tenant compounds the buyer facing destination, which becomes the reason the next broker joins.
The B2B product and the B2C marketplace are not two roadmaps. They are one system where supply and demand reinforce each other by design.
SellYourBoat.io runs as a live two sided platform. Brokers operate their listing workflow under their own brand, buyers browse vetted inventory aggregated across tenants, and the marginal cost of a new brand is close to zero.
It is the clearest demonstration of the pattern Wall & Fifth builds for clients: structured supply, structured demand, and a commercial layer between them.
