Data Analytics SolutionsWe turn your data
into decisions,
not just charts.
Most analytics work stops at a dashboard nobody acts on. We build the whole layer — pipelines, a clean data model, and interfaces that actually get used — so the numbers change what your team does. Real data infrastructure, owned by you, fixed-price.

What we buildThe whole data layer,
not just the dashboard.
A dashboard is the visible tip. Underneath it is the pipeline, the model, and the engineering that makes the numbers trustworthy.
01
Data pipelines
Getting data in, clean, and reliable — the unglamorous foundation of everything.
02
Data modelling
Structuring raw data so questions have consistent, correct answers.
03
Dashboards
Interfaces people actually use, internal or embedded in your product.
04
Customer-facing analytics
Analytics your users see inside your product, built as a real feature.
05
Owned by you
The pipelines, model, and code, handed over. No platform lock-in.
The real goalThe point of analytics is a decision, not a dashboard
Most analytics projects quietly fail the same way: they end in a dashboard that looks impressive, gets opened twice, and then never changes a single decision. The chart was the deliverable, so the chart is where the work stopped. But a dashboard nobody acts on is not an analytics solution — it is decoration with a data feed.
We build backwards from the decision instead. What does your team actually need to decide, how often, and what would have to be true on a screen for them to decide it confidently? That question shapes everything upstream — which data matters, how it is modelled, what the interface shows and, just as importantly, what it leaves out. An analytics build succeeds when it changes behaviour, not when it renders a lot of numbers.
This is why we are a build studio and not a dashboard vendor. The value is not in producing charts; it is in engineering a data layer that people trust enough to act on. That trust comes from the parts nobody sees — clean pipelines, a coherent model — as much as from the part they do.
Honest adviceSometimes the right build is no build at all
There is a version of data analytics work that consists of selling every client an expensive custom build whether they need one or not. We do not do that. For a great many businesses, the smart, cheap answer is a well-configured off-the-shelf tool, and when that is the case, we will tell you — even though it is a smaller engagement for us.
Custom analytics earns its place in specific situations: when you need analytics embedded inside your own product, when you are building a customer-facing dashboard your users see, or when your reporting genuinely cannot be done by an off-the-shelf tool. In those cases a real build is worth it, because the alternative does not exist. Outside them, we would rather point you at the cheaper solution and keep the relationship honest.
That honesty is the point. You want a partner who tells you when not to spend, because that is the same partner you can trust when they say a build is genuinely worth it.
ProofWe run real data at scale: sellyourboat.io
The most useful proof we can offer on data is that we operate a real, large dataset in production. sellyourboat.io is a Wall & Fifth venture handling over 12,000 structured listings across 18 countries, with search and a Claude-powered retrieval layer that answers questions directly from that data.
Making a large, messy, real-world dataset genuinely useful — structured so it is consistent, searchable so people can find things, and answerable so an AI layer can respond from it accurately — is the essence of a serious data build. We have done it on our own platform, at scale, with the reliability a live product demands, which means we build your data layer from operating one rather than from theory.
We have also handled transactional and payments data across our client work, including KompiPay. Real data, structured to be useful, is a category we live in.
The buildProduction stack, fixed price, owned outright
We build on a modern, production data stack — PostgreSQL, clean pipelines, and dashboards built in real code or configured on the right tool for the job — the same foundation under our own products. We choose the approach to fit your data and your team, not to maximise the invoice.
We work to a fixed price. From 16,000 GBP for a focused analytics layer — a pipeline, a clean model, and a dashboard that answers your most important questions — and from 30,000 GBP for a larger build with multiple sources, richer dashboards, and roles. Any third-party usage, such as a data warehouse or BI platform, is passed through to you at cost, never marked up.
And you own all of it: the pipelines, the data model, the dashboards, the code, handed over on delivery. No analytics platform you keep paying to keep seeing your own numbers, no licensing, no lock-in. Yours to run, change, and extend with us or any team you choose.
