01 / THE ENGAGEMENT

W&5 × BNOC

The whole experience.
Considered together.

Wall & Fifth redesigned and built BNOC’s talent agency website and developed its custom CRM, covering content management, enquiries, relationships, deals and delivery.

BNOC is an independent talent management and influencer agency. The project brought together how brands discover its people and how the team manages the work behind those relationships.

02 / THE WEBSITE

DESIGNED TO BE EXPLORED

A stronger first impression.
And every one after.

The website makes space for the people, the stories and the work. Four connected experiences, from first discovery to a direct conversation.

01

Discover.

The homepage and agency story introduce the people, perspective and work behind BNOC.

02

Explore.

The directory and individual profiles connect portraits, biographies, social presence and related talent.

03

Connect.

A focused contact journey carries the selected talent into the enquiry, preserving the visitor’s context.

EVERYDAY EDITORIAL CONTROL

Easy to update.
Hard to break.

A distinctive website needs a practical system behind it.

We built the content model in Sanity so BNOC can manage talent biographies, portraits, campaign media, featured people and page copy within a consistent design.

  • Update profiles and social links
  • Choose featured talent and replace imagery
  • Reorder supported content sections
  • Archive talent while preserving the content

03 / THEIR OWN CRM

CUSTOM SOFTWARE

Behind every partnership,
a connected workspace.

The website was one half of the engagement. We also developed BNOC’s custom CRM on our Meibo platform—bringing the people, commercial detail and delivery into the same working picture.

THE HANDOFF MATTERS

A conversation starts.
The context stays.

Discovery only becomes useful when the agency can act on it. The enquiry path is built to carry the important details into the operational workflow.

04 / THE FOUNDATIONS

ENGINEERING THE DETAILS

More than
a good-looking website.

ENQUIRY SAFEGUARDS

A considered
point of entry.

Request-origin checks, server-side validation, payload limits, burst protection and submission identifiers strengthen the form handling.

On the internal side, CRM permissions and workspace isolation control access to agency information.

MADE TO BE MANAGED

Structure behind
the surface.

The website, content system and custom CRM each have a distinct role. They share a clear model of the agency, its people and the work.

That gives the team an editable public presence and an internal product shaped around its operations.

LOOK INSIDE THE IMPLEMENTATION

Security at the point of enquiry

The website enquiry endpoint validates submissions on the server, checks the request origin and content type, limits request size and adds burst protection. Each submission carries an identifier so a retry can be handled without blindly sending the same email again.

The CRM implementation also includes workspace isolation and permission checks around records and financial information. These are concrete safeguards in the software, rather than a blanket claim that any system is risk-free.

A durable path from website to CRM

We built an enquiry intake path that can queue website submissions for the CRM. It uses a durable outbox, scheduled retries, duplicate controls and delivery receipts so the handoff is designed to recover from interruptions.

This integration is configuration-dependent: the website needs its own queue database, a scoped intake key and an assigned CRM owner. The case study describes the implemented capability; it does not present source-code checks as proof that every live integration has completed acceptance.

SEO and GEO built into the structure

The website includes page-specific titles and descriptions, canonical URLs, social previews, a sitemap and indexing controls. Structured data describes BNOC as an organisation, its roster as a list of people, and individual profiles with their own identities and breadcrumbs.

These foundations support both search engine optimisation and generative engine optimisation: the agency, its talent and the relationships between pages are described explicitly in readable content and machine-readable data. The same content model keeps profile information and page metadata aligned.

This is implementation evidence, not a claim of measured ranking gains or guaranteed AI citations. Search performance and citations need to be tracked separately after launch.

Clear page purpose

Each page answers a different visitor need, from understanding the agency to discovering and enquiring about a particular creator.

Connected entities

Organisation and profile data help describe who the agency represents and how the pages relate to one another.

Crawlable foundations

Metadata, canonicals, index controls and sitemap inclusion support discovery without relying on animation to explain the content.

These are implementation details. This case study does not claim a measured ranking or AI citation increase.
