There is a meaningful difference between internal reporting and embedded analytics. Internal reporting tells you how your business is doing. Embedded analytics tells your customers how they are doing, inside your product, on their own data — and that makes it a genuine feature, not a back-office task. The hard requirementsIsolation and performance are non-negotiable
Embedded analytics carries two hard requirements that internal reporting does not, and getting either wrong is serious. The first is data isolation: each customer must see only their own data, always. A customer glimpsing another customer's numbers is not a bug, it is a breach — a trust-destroying, potentially contract-ending event. So we build strict multi-tenancy and per-customer isolation from the ground up, treating it as the foundation rather than a setting.
The second is performance under load. Analytics queries can be heavy, and in embedded analytics many customers may be loading their dashboards at the same time.
